- Kano is interviewing artists, authors and cultural figures from Newham to raise money for charities in the London borough. The grime MC's Newham Talks series highlighting his hometown will feature interviews with D Double E (with whom he just released a single), actor and DJ Idris Elba, Olympic athlete Christine Ohuruogu, chef and restaurant owner King Cook and more. All donations via GoFundMe will go to local organisation The Renewal Programme, as well as Caritas Anchor House and Bonny Downs Community Association. Watch the first two episodes with Ghetts and author Dr. Joy White, with the rest to come via Kano's YouTube channel on Monday and Friday mornings this month.
