  • Monegros Desert Festival is back. The Elrow-run event, which started 21 years ago, is returning to the Spanish desert after five years off. On August 1st and 2nd, 2020, Monegros will host a 20-hour party at a TBA location, complete with 12 stages and a 45,000 person capacity. So far, Paul Kalkbrenner, Richie Hawtin, Amelie Lens and Madrid hip-hop duo Natos & Waor are scheduled to play. More than 50 other acts will be announced soon. This year's extravagant production will pay tribute to rave culture in the late '80s and '90s under the theme R.A.V.E. (Radical, Audio, Visual, Experience). Check out the first wave of acts.
