In recent news RA revealed the tracklisting for the new Balance 007 CD mixed by Chris Fortier. The 3 CD set is due to be released in Australia in May on EQ. Fortier has really pushed himself to craft a mix that goes in, as he wrote on his own website, "the most adventurous directions musically possible". It's all there to see in the tracklisting which includes tracks and remixes from Carl Craig, Bent, Hardfloor, Pascal FEOS, !!! (Chk, Chk, Chk), Tom Middleton, Anthony Rother, Kiki & Silversurfer, Slam and more.
Chris Fortier will be touring Australia in April to promote the new release with appearances at Sweet Chilli in Sydney (details here) and Private Function in Melbourne. The Private Function party takes place on Friday 15 April at Platform One. In support of Chris will be PF DJ's Gavin Martin, Aaron Roach, Dean Millson and Sasha Petrovic, along with guests Big Kev and Max Koenig.
