- "The story of the Smallville Paris record shop has come to an end," its owner says.
Smallville Paris has closed its doors.
Jacques Bon, who cofounded the record shop with Henrik Weber (AKA Pantha Du Prince), delivered the news via Facebook this weekend. "The story of the Smallville Paris record shop has come to an end, and I would like to thank you all deeply for taking part in this great adventure and experiment."
Bon did not state a reason behind the closing. He and Weber opened the original Smallville Paris record shop 2006 and moved it to this second location in 2013.
The Hamburg Smallville record shop is still open.
