- 40 more reels of music from 1974 to '79 are in the hands of Dark Entries.
Dark Entries has discovered unheard work from Patrick Cowley in an attic.
The San Francisco label shared the news in a tweet: "just when you think there is no more... you ask Patrick Cowley's studio mate if you can look in their attic and with a phone flashlight you discover 40 more reels of music from 1974-79..."
Music from the late disco pioneer has been reissued by Dark Entries before. Teaming up with Honey Soundsystem, the two San Francisco institutions have released three compilations of Cowley's gay porn soundtracks over the years: 2013's Dazed, 2017's Muscle Up and Afternooners in the same year.
