  • Glastonbury has confirmed a new wave of acts for its 2019 festival. Joining Stormzy at the June event, which returns for the first time since 2017, will be electronic giants The Chemical Brothers, plus the likes of Kylie Minogue, Jon Hopkins, Rosalía, Ms Lauryn Hill, Janet Jackson, The Streets, Friendly Fires, Maribou State, Santigold and Kamasi Washington. This year's headliners are Stormzy, The Killers and The Cure. Earlier in the week, Emily Eavis, who books the festival, revealed that The Prodigy were due to perform, but their appearance has since been cancelled following Keith Flint's death. More acts will be added in the coming months. Read our five key performances review of Glastonbury 2017 and revisit our 2016 feature on NYC Downlow. Glastonbury 2019 will run from Wednesday, June 26th, through Sunday, the 30th.
