Four Tet has hinted at releasing a track that samples Canadian pop star Nelly Furtado.
In a tweet posted earlier today, the UK DJ confirmed that "the sample has been cleared," which presumably refers to his edit of Nelly Furtado's 2006 track "Afraid." The track has been a staple of his sets since last year. In the same tweet, he also mentions a title, "Only Human," and a date: "March 1st 2019." It's unclear whether the track will be a single or part of a larger EP.
