François X will release an EP called Murky Dreams on the new DEMENT3D sub-label, DEMENT3D XXX, in March.
The Parisian, real name François-Xavier Zoumenou, launched DEMENT3D back in 2011 alongside HBT. He envisions the new sister label as "a cultural platform for artists to share visions and expansive productions not confined to the worlds of house and techno." Murky Dreams, his first release since 2017's debut LP, Irregular Passions, reveals a "warmer, more house-focused side to X's sound," according to the press release.
