- The former Black Dice member will release Trogg Modal Vol. 2 in March.
Eric Copeland will release a new album, Trogg Modal Vol. 2 on DFA Records this March.
It's the final volume in a two-part album series he launched last October. DFA says that while Vol. 1 was full of "rippers," the upcoming LP is "more laid-back than the first, but still highly danceable." Copeland himself describes Trogg Modal Vol. 2 as "late Night Flight proto tekno." The former Black Dice member has found a regular home for his skewed dance music on L.I.E.S. and DFA over the past half-decade.
