- Decade (Phase 2) features tracks from Calibre, ASC and Shiken Hanzo, among others
Samurai Music, the adventurous drum & bass label run by Berlin-based DJ Presha, has detailed another ten-year anniversary compilation project.
Samurai Music Decade (Phase 2) is made up of 12 tracks and nearly 90 minutes of music, which will be combined into one digital release and spread across three 12-inches and a 10-inch record. Contributing to the cause are a number of label affiliates, including ASC (who we're told offers a rare 170-BPM track), Calibre, Sam KDC, Ancestral Voices and Homemade Weapons, while Shiken Hanzo and Antagonist each make their Samurai Music debut. Cover art for the release comes from Defame.
The label put out its first ten-year anniversary compilation back in late 2017.
