- Its first two records, due out in September and October, highlight music from Il Guardiano Del Faro and Yuji Toriyama.

Kay Suzuki, formerly of Brilliant Corners, is launching a reissue-focused label called Time Capsule.
In curating this latest endeavour, Suzuki will get some help from colleagues Beauty And The Beat, the longtime London party and label on which he's also released music. Suzuki previously operated the imprint Round In Motion.
First up is a fresh pressing of Oasis, a now-rare 1978 synth pop and ambient album from Italian composer Federico Monti Arduini's Il Guardiano Del Faro alias. Ryota OPP, a regular at Brilliant Corners, co-curated that reissue, which will be released with restored original artwork in September.
Next, Suzuki will reissue a set of five '80s tunes from Yuji Toriyama, a Japanese fusion guitarist and composer. Toriyama is perhaps best known for his soundtrack work on video games such as Street Fighter II and Final Fantasy XII. "While there were so many talented Japanese guitarists in the '80s," Suzuki says, "Yuji's production and arrangement in the era were very experimental and raw." The record, titled Choice Works 1982 - 1985, will land in October with new artwork from graphic designer Ben Arfur.
Suzuki will celebrate Time Capsule's launch with a party in Tokyo on Saturday the 14th at 0 Aoyama Zero.
