  • Matrixxman is starting his own label called The Grid. There's not much info on the imprint, other than that it's run by the American producer, real name Charles McCloud Duff. The first release is a double 12-inch package simply titled GRID001, and it features six new tracks of his usual sleek and streamlined techno. GRID001 is Duff's second release of the year, after he finished off his Sector trilogy of EPs on Dekmantel. He's also released on Figure, Manhigh and Club Lonely recently. Duff will also appear on an upcoming Club Lonely 12-inch, remixing Francesco Farfa's 1992 classic "The Narrator Device." Listen to clips of GRID001 over at Phonica.
