Stroboscopic Artefacts is starting a new EP series called Totem.
Each Totem record will come on 10-inch transparent vinyl, meant to open "the label range to a wider and warmer sound aesthetic," according to the press release. The first release, Tarkomania, comes from label boss Lucy, and it features monologues taken from Tarkovsky's 1979 cult classic film Stalker. That's out on June 18th, followed by the second release from Luke Slater's L.B. Dub Corp project—which just announced a new album—at the end of August.
There will be more releases in the future, though details are still under wraps.
