Arturia is releasing two Eurorack modular cases, the RackBrute 3U and 6U.
Available in 88 HP and 176 HP sizes, the RackBrute is geared towards people looking for their first modular case. Both power modules with a +12V / -12V / +5V power supply and can be mounted onto the new MiniBrute 2 and MiniBrute 2S synthesisers, whose 48-point patch bays are primed for interacting with Eurorack setups. The 3U version has slots for 20 modules on its power rail while the 6U model has 32. Both models are also designed for portability, sporting a handle that doubles as a stand and in-built spacers for protecting modules during transport. There's an optional travel bag available, too.
This caps off a busy a period of product announcements for the French company. Apart from the two new MiniBrute synths, the V Collection 6 suite of software synthesisers was released in December.
