Slackk's second album, A Little Light will land on R&S Records in May.
It follows a pair of EPs for the long-standing Belgian record label—Backwards Light in 2015 and Aviary last year. While his most recent records have taken an expanded approach to instrumental grime, the new album also touches on UK funky, early-'00s house and downtempo R&B, the label says. It's inspired in part by the upcoming birth of his first child, and includes "two of the most outright emotional songs that Slackk has written to date."
