  • Steve Braiden, AKA Braiden, has soundtracked a new documentary called X Years In London, out now on Off Out. The OST, also titled X Years In London, is the London-based producer's first full-length release. The film, which was directed by Joe Ridout and produced by London collective Real Gold, explores the capital's nightlife scene and its influence on young creatives. It's Braiden's first release since 2015's Apex Of The Sun's Way, a 12-inch that launched his Off Out label. X Years In London is available now on cassette. "The brief set to me for this film by Real Gold felt like a natural commission," says Braiden. "A film talking about the city of London, nightlife and how these influence ideas and creativity. My work as a music producer and DJ is naturally inspired by this environment I grew up in, and to this day is one I still feel excited to live in despite its difficulties." Listen to the album.
