  • London's Take Note conference has added another round of speakers to their 2016 session. Take Note, which launched last year, is a one-day event of workshops, talks and performances aimed at those trying to break into dance music. The latest wave of speakers includes artists like Paco Osuna, Felix Faire (who will also perform live on the day) and Norman Jay, who will sit down for a chat with RA's Stephen Titmus. On more of an industry tip, there are slots for fabric promotions manager Andy Blackett, NTIA chairman Alan Miller and representatives from Mixmag, Columbia Records, !K7 Records and drug safety charity The Loop, among others. The day's other live performance will come from Swiss techno artist Elias (CH). More names will be added in the coming weeks. Take Note 2.0 will run from 10 AM through 7 PM at Second Home in Shoreditch. Speakers already confirmed range from Bill Brewster and Danny Daze to Funktion-One founder Tony Andrews. Tickets are available here on RA.
