- The outlet will focus on experimental club music from Latin America and its diaspora.

Riobamba has announced a new label, Apocalipsis.
The Brooklyn-based DJ and producer is a resident at the much-loved Que Bajo?! club night, and a member of the Dutty Artz collective. Her label will highlight cross-genre club music from Latin America as well as its diaspora. She described her vision for the outlet to Fader, calling it "urbano storytelling for a ní aquí/ní allá [neither from here/nor there] creation of place." The first EP, Anta, is due in late November from Ecuadorian producer Mala Fama.
To tease that release, she's shared a bootleg edit of one of the EP tracks, "Hecho/Hechizo," that incorporates "earthquake field recordings" and deconstructed reggaeton samples for the "retelling of a warrior call from Mala Fama's Quinchuqui indigenous community," she says.

Apocalipsis will release Anta in late November, 2016.
