  • B12 will release an EP called All Abandon All on Central Processing Unit. Juno Plus reports that All Abandon All is due out in October on the electro and IDM-rooted Sheffield label, which had a recent EP from 214 featured in RA's round-up of August's best releases. Formerly a duo featuring Mike Golding and Steve Rutter but now comprised solely by the latter, B12's All Abandon All continues a resurgence from the act once associated with Warp Records, another Sheffield label. This will be Rutter's sixth EP this past year, as he continues to hone the serene but disquieting take on ambient electro, IDM and techno that began with Orbiting Souls back in December.
