- The first volume of Colours Fade collects tracks from 2011 and 2012.
ASC has started a new series of albums called Colours Fade.
The digital-only collection focuses on unreleased tracks from James Clements' archive. In this case, it's music that dates back to 2011 and 2012, the period immediately following the landmark Nothing Is Certain LP. That album not only helped to define the Autonomic sound but also propelled ASC into the current phase of his career, which sees him producing ambient and experimental music alongside tracks in drum & bass tempo.
The first volume of Colours Fade offers up eight cuts, including an unreleased version of 2010's "Starkwood," that you can stream over at Bandcamp.
