15 Years With Echocord is coming in September.
The label, founded in 2002 by Danish DJ Kenneth Christiansen (upon hearing tracks from label mainstay Mikkel Metal), has gone on to carve out their own lane while following in the path of pioneering dub techno imprints like Chain Reaction. The artists on 15 Years have appeared on Echocord or its sublabel Echocord Colour over their run, and they've all contributed previously unheard tracks to mark the outlet's 15th birthday. They include Metal, Greek producer XDB, Chain Reaction alumnus Fluxion, Something boss STL and Detroit dub techno ambassador Luke Hess. Mike Dehnert, Arovane and Canadian Deadbeat also appear on the collection, which is out in the fall.
