Mike Dehnert makes his Canadian debut

- The Fachwerk man will hit Toronto and Montreal in May.
- Mike Dehnert will make a quick stop in Canada on May 6th and 7th. The German producer is probably best known for his work with Fachwerk, the techno label focused on functional, no-frills techno that he started up back in 2008. Fachwerk celebrated its eighth birthday last year with a compilation, while Dehnert has also scored EPs for Echocord Colour and Clone Basement series as of late. This weekend comes after a couple of promised Canadian gigs that never actually materialized. He'll start off in Montreal on the 6th for a Wildermess party at Espace Reunion, followed by a Toronto gig at Luanda House the next evening. The Montreal show is courtesy of Octov, while the Toronto party is presented by techno promoter FORMAT in collaboration with a few other groups.
