Damcase's double-vinyl EP Anom Valley will land on Mord next month.
In 2016, Rotterdam techno label Mord's already released two EPs, from Blueprint affiliate Progression and The Transhumans, and the imprint is approaching 30 total releases in less than three years in operation. Next up is Damcase, a Greek producer, DJ and live act now living in Rotterdam who also produced as Super UnKnown. After contributing to the well-received 2015 Mord box set, Herdersmat, he's now been recruited for a double-EP—his first full Damcase release on wax.
Anom Valley features noted Swedish graffiti artist Dwane. While Mord promises the release contains "filth and fury", the only other text in the press release is a short poem.
