- In addition to broadcasting Fridays and Saturday nights to smartphones, the Ministry Of Sound LIVE app will feature streaming channels and on-demand mixes.
Ministry Of Sound is launching a smartphone app.
Sets at the iconic London club's Friday and Saturday nights will be streamed live through the app's Live From The Club feature. There's lots of other music to be heard through it, though. Ministry Of Sound LIVE promises various channels of dance music, from a more radio-style station featuring MOS presenters to streams inspired by the club's compilations series and on-demand mixes exclusive to the app.
"This is an app for people who love music but don't have hours to spend searching for the latest tracks and remixes or re-discovering the classics," says Lohan Presencer, CEO at Ministry of Sound, as quoted in an article on Music Business Worldwide. "We wanted to create a fully accessible digital music experience with the same feel good factor as our world famous compilation albums, which top the charts and sell millions of copies each year."
Ministry Of Sound LIVE is now available for iOS and Android.
