- The four-tracker is the techno artist's first release on his home label since 2014 album Vaudeville.
Inigo Kennedy's next EP for Token is titled Clarion Call.
Clarion Call collects four tracks in Kennedy's trademark cinematic style. Due out on November 20th, it will be his first record on Token since his Vaudeville album, which came out in 2014. That might not seem like a particularly long break for most producers, but Kennedy is one of Token's key artists, having supplied the label with more than ten releases since it launched in 2007 (he even provided its first 12-inch, Identify Yourself). As Todd L. Burns found out back in 2012, producers like Kennedy and fellow Token artist Ø [Phase] were among founder Kr!z's favourite artists long before he launched the label, and their lack of vinyl releases elsewhere was a key factor in founding it.
