- The UK legend has confirmed that his 15th year at the club will be his last.
Carl Cox has announced he will retire his Space Ibiza residency in 2016.
The news arrives days after the UK veteran headlined Space's 2015 closing, putting a lid on another stellar summer running Tuesday nights at the Playa D'en Bossa club. Speaking to DJ Mag, Cox confirmed that next year—his 15th at the venue—will be his last, with 15 events planned across the season. The residency, which has long been one of the island's most successful ventures, launched in 2001.
Space will reopen for 2016 on Sunday, May 29th.
