The Eglo boss will also play across Europe and in New York with an 11-piece ensemble, ending up in the UK capital on November 17th.
Floating Points will embark on a six-stop tour of Europe and New York next month, performing live with an 11-piece orchestra.
The tour will coincide with the release of Sam Shepherd's debut album, Elaenia, which comes out via his Pluto label on November 6th. A bunch of the shows have already been announced, including Catch Festival in Utrecht on October 30th, Het Depot in Leuven, Belgium, on Halloween and Paris jazz venue New Morning on November 2nd in collaboration with RBMA.
The remaining three will dates will see them hit Turin's Club To Club Festival on November 5th, where they'll perform at Teatro Carignano, before heading across the pond for Brooklyn Electronic Music Festival at the Music Hall Of Williamsburg on November 7th.The final leg on the tour will be in Shepherd's hometown, London, where he'll perform at Islington Assembly Hall on Tuesday, November 17th. Tickets to the London show will go on sale on Friday, September 25th at 9 AM.
