The New York promoters are back this month for their second annual cookout.
The Level's BBQ will go down at a TBA Brooklyn location on Saturday, September 19th.
The roving underground party tends towards fuzzier, more psychedelic strains of house and techno. Their inaugural barbecue featured Willie Burns and A/Jus/Ted, and in April they invited Jay Daniel and Galcher Lustwerk to DJ at a newly-opened woodworking studio in Brooklyn.
This month's event will kick off in the afternoon at an outdoor location, then move inside for the after-dark programming. The lineup includes Berlin-based selector Terekke—known for releases on labels like L.I.E.S. and Rush Hour—alongside a number of local acts: Marcos Cabral, Antenes and James Place (who will play live). The Level's residents will be manning the grill when not controlling the mix.
