Cut Hands plays Complex in LA

- William Bennett will perform for Das Bunker in late August.
- Cut Hands will headline Das Bunker at Glendale's Complex on August 22nd. Though he only launched the polyrhythmic techno project Cut Hands a few years ago, Bennett's history as an experimentalist stretches back to 1980, when he began to release music with the controversial noise group Whitehouse. His turn towards dance floor sounds wasn't entirely unexpected—Bennett sometimes spins Italo dDisco as DJ Benetti. As Cut Hands, he continues to pursue his Afro Noise I series and has released records on Blackest Ever Black and Downwards. Das Bunker is LA's pre-eminent Industrial/EBM party and has gigs with Severed Heads and Front 242 scheduled for the fall.
