Octo Octa, Magic Touch and Bobby Browser will all perform at gigs in Sydney, Perth and Melbourne.
100% Silk artists Octo Octa, Magic Touch and Bobby Browser will play four parties in Australia this month.
Since it first started in 2011, clumps of artists from the Not Not Fun sub-label's roster have been showcasing their experimental dance sounds at 100% Silk parties held in a number of different countries. This tour will be the first time any of the three acts have played in Australia, with the trio kicking their visit off with an Astral People party at Sydney's Goodgod Small Club on May 17th for an all-live affair. Their next stop will be Black Betty's in Perth on May 18th, with MòVe and The Monarchy DJs on support duties, before they head to Melbourne the following weekend to play two separate nights. The first, at The Mercat Basement on the 24th, will see all three of the Americans taking to the decks with Chanel and DJ LA Pocock, while the second will be at Shebeen Bar on May 25th for another night of live performances, this time with Melbourne-based labelmate Roland Tings sharing the bill.
