The second edition of the Bristol party also features Ancient Methods and MPIA3.
Andy Stott will headline the second edition of Room 237, taking place on December 7th at Exchange.
Though Stott has been making dub techno for years, he's garnered a lot of attention as of late with two EPs and an album of "lo-fi production and dirge-like rhythms that chugged along somewhere in the 100 BPM region," as Will Lynch put it in a recent review. He'll be playing live at the upcoming party in Bristol. Other headliners include brutal German techno outfit Ancient Methods (also playing live) and MPIA3, the R&S-signed side project of London's Truss, which focuses on a similarly aggressive sort of techno. Local support will come from Room 237 resident Black Amiga.
Tickets for the party are available here on RA.
