A compilation will mark the end of The Revenge's label.
The Revenge will close his label, Instruments Of Rapture, with a compilation at the end of May.
Titled The Streets Are Alive with the Hounds of Music, the release will mark the imprint's tenth and final outing. It features exclusive material from many of Instruments' regular contributors and friends of the label. Offering up a mix of edits, remixes and original productions, the imprint was responsible for helping to bring The Revenge's slow-mo house sound to wider audiences. Nowadays, he's busy producing alongside Craig Smith as 6th Borough Project and DJing around the world, in addition to a bit of mastering work on the side, so it's little surprise that the label has only produced ten releases in three years.
The Streets goes some way towards making up for that, as it's a triple vinyl release. In celebration of its release, The Revenge, 6th Borough Project and Instruments cohort OOFT will all be at Sub Club on June 3rd, with The Revenge debuting his live show at the celebrated Scottish venue.
