- Due out in February on Mute, the collection features two new songs and 11 of the duo's past productions.
Goldfrapp will release their first "best-of" compilation in February, entitled The Singles.
The release looks back on Alison Goldfrapp and Will Gregory's decade-long career, which began in 2000 with the Mercury shortlisted album Felt Mountain. The The English duo went on from there to release four more LPs and dozens of singles, always striking a different balance of glam, downtempo and electronic pop, and earning themselves a cult following in the process. The Singles features 11 tracks from their back catalog, plus two new songs: "Yellow Halo" and "Melancholy Sky." Like all of their other studio albums, it will see release on Mute Records.
