The Canadian disco artist has an album in the works for Endless Flight.
DJ and producer Eddie C will release his debut album, Parts Unknown, this spring on Endless Flight.
Though his catalog is still quite slim, Eddie Currelly has a nu disco style that's very much his own. So far he's had releases on a variety of small imprints, like Sleazy Beats and 7-inches of Love, a limited edition white label series run by fellow Canadian The Mole. His signature sound is loungey, loop-heavy disco that usually clocks in somewhere below 110 BPM, and Parts Unknown mostly sticks to this style, but also tries out some peppier tempos, dubby atmospheres and kosmische-inspired arrangements. Vocal appearances come from the artist Noodleman, as well as Currelly himself on "Your Love."
If you live anywhere near Scotland, you can catch Eddie C doing his thing at RA's upcoming party at Sub Club.
