Alexkid added to Chemistry Halloween cruise

- Berlin-based Frenchman Alexkid – AKA Alex Mauri – has been added to Chemistry and Subsonic's upcoming Halloween Sydney Harbour cruise. It has only been a few months since Mauri's last Australian appearance. Since then, he's kept up his busy schedule, playing several high-profile Berlin sets at the likes of the prominent Berghain and Watergate clubs. While his sound is firmly rooted in techno, Mauri is known for frequently venturing into smoother house territory in his DJ sets. Seeing as this month's cruise is taking place throughout the afternoon and early evening, you can bnack on the onetime Parisian to pull out his best deep house and melodic techno records from the bag. Mauri will be joining Kompakt heavyweight and recent RA podcaster Superpitcher on the bill, along with a hefty crew of locals. Robbie Lowe and Dean Dixon will head up that contingent, with almost a dozen extras in support. Tickets to the cruise, which is scheduled to depart Rose Bay Wharf at 3:30 PM on October 29th, are available from RA Tickets.
