  • Arne Weinberg will headline next month's Colony bash with one of his live shows. The party, which takes place on Saturday 17th July, will see the Colony crew return to their original home of Kingsland Road's Russian Bar, although there will be no change to their usual musical remit. Spanning techno, dubstep, drum & bass and pretty much everything in between, Colony have become known for their wide-ranging guest line-ups that serve to highlight their passion for all sorts of underground electronic music. Weinberg's only recent London performance was for Craig Richards' The Nothing Special party at fabric nearly 18 months ago, but this time he'll be taking to the controls in a far more scaled down setting than room one of the Farringdon club. Expect deep and dubby techno that should cater to both feet and minds when he launches into his set on the night. Gloucester's Asusu has been impressing with his technofied 2-step on labels such as Immerse and Project Squared, and he'll take up support duties alongside Medium co-founder FD.
