- Dusty Kid and Andrea Ferlin will release a half-mixed collection of their own tracks this May.
Duoteque, a collaboration consisting of Andrea Ferlin and Paolo Alberto Lodde, AKA Dusty Kid, will release their self-titled debut album this May.
The two-disc package will mostly focus on Duoteque's catalog thus far. The pair released a handful of EPs between 2005 and 2007, then took some time off while Dusty Kid focused on his solo career and Ferlin launched his own record label, sleep is commercial. Duoteque collects many of the duo's favorite tracks from their early oeuvre, plus the A-side from Gotcha, their comeback 12-inch from earlier this year. The first disc is mixed by Dusty Kid (his mixing debut on CD), and the second consists of DJ-friendly unmixed versions, including a few previously unreleased tunes like "Neon," "Adyra (Live Version)" and "Lola (The Dolphins Mix)."
