- The German techno stalwart's new compilation will feature Speedy J, Function and Jerome Sydenham amongst others.
Chris Liebing will celebrate his record label's tenth anniversary this May with a new mix CD, plus five accompanying 10-inch singles.
Mixed and edited by Liebing himself, 10 Years CLR provides a vivid snapshot of the veteran DJ's metallic, bass-heavy style of techno. The compilation features tunes by many of Liebing's closest contemporaries, such as Speedy J, Alex Bau, Pfirter and Adam Beyer. All of the tracks are previously unreleased, and many were made specifically for the compilation, such as Dustin Zahn's "mash-up" of Liebing's "Auf Und Ab" and Cajmere's "Feelin' Kinda High" with Terence FM.
10 Years CLR will be preceded by a series of five singles, featuring unmixed versions of all the tracks on the compilation. Each will be available digitally and on 10-inch vinyl.
