- Jamal Moss' Mathematics Recordings label will release The Space Voodoo as a vinyl-only release later this month.
Marcello Napoletano is set to release his debut album later this month.
The Italian producer has been releasing digital material since 2007, but his update on classic Chicago and Detroit house templates has only recently come to see wider recognition due to Mathematics Recordings boss Jamal Moss (AKA Hieroglyphic Being). The Prescription Of Love EP that he released earlier this year turned heads with its accomplished vintage sound, and Napoletano is set to follow it up with a double-vinyl package entitled The Space Voodoo. The forthcoming double-pack sees Napoletano plugging away at the same classic house sound that we heard on his first vinyl EP, using his vintage synthesisers and drum machines to create a more advanced version of the melodically rich house music of the late '80s.
