Trip has revealed details of Bjarki's second LP, Lefhanded Fuqs, due out September 23rd.
Nina Kraviz's label announced a trilogy of Bjarki LPs comprising 41 tracks in May. The first full-length, ?, came out in June. Now there's a tracklist and release date for part two, a 12-track collection of "experimental material from the archive." It includes a film score from several years ago that he wrote for his own script. "The three LPs aren’t albums in the traditional sense," the label writes, "the concept being to release the contents of his burgeoning hard drives. The music might fit together like an album, but Bjarki doesn't see it that way." Part three, Æ, is due out in October.
Trip recently threw a limited-capacity party in a cave in Iceland. Check out some new footage of that, soundtracked by an unreleased Bjarki edit.
