Giegling mainstay Traumprinz just released his second DJ Metatron 12-inch, 2 The Sky, via the Weimar-based imprint.
The Metatron alias was first introduced in 2014 with U'll Be The King Of The Stars, an EP RA's Will Lynch described as containing the "the outsized melodies of trance, packaged into house and techno grooves." That one came via the Giegling sublabel, Traumprinz, the name under which Metatron has released the most material. (He also produces as Prince Of Denmark.)
The new four-track EP has two Metatron remixes of Traumprinz tunes along with two originals. Neither of the Traumprinz cuts have been released, though the Metatron remix of "2 Bad" concluded his "all originals" podcast for Giegling.
