- The artist formerly known as Lee Bannon will drop American Zen next week.
Dedekind Cut will release a four-track tape, American Zen via Hospital Productions on March 27th.
Since changing his name from Lee Bannon last year, Fred Warmsley has self-released the breakcore-laced Thot Enhancer EP as well as a collaborative record with Rabit. He also dropped a conceptual 30-minute mix, Black History Month In 3D last month via the experimental label NON. Next up is a cassette tape for Hospital Productions, the imprint run by Dominick Fernow (also known as Prurient and Vatican Shadow). It's distributed by Ninja Tune.
You can listen to one of the tunes, a cinematic 11-minute track called "Déjà Vu, In Reverse," on Bandcamp.
