- The Russian vocalist and multi-instrumentalist plans to release a string of singles, beginning with "Power Of The Funk" this month.
Philipp Gorbachev has announced a new label called PG TUNE, through which he will release a series of digital-only singles over the coming months.
PG TUNE's first release arrives on May 18th. Titled Power Of The Funk, it's more techno-leaning and dance floor-focussed than much of his previous solo work, inspired by his regular afterhours slots at Moscow club ARMA17. Those who caught any of Gorbachev's recent sets in Europe, Australia or South America will likely have heard "Power Of The Funk" already—the multi-instrumentalist has given it plenty of club play in over the past few months. The label's second single drops in June, but details are still TBA.
