A new project from Melbourne DJs and broadcasters Pjenné (Penny O’Brien) and Millú (Milly Davison), Companion represents downtempo and atmospheric iterations of the electronic underground. The label’s ethos is rooted firmly in ethereal ambient techno and psychedelic IDM, gentle but beckoning a constant sense of motion. The label brings the language of tripped out ‘90s electronica to the present day - as vital now against the current backdrop as it ever was.
