Established in 2016 in Saigon, HRBR (Harbour Saigon) is aimed to build a solid community around everything bordering house and techno. Deep-rooted in Vietnam the label is also tightening its collaborations in Southeast Asia and around the world.
HRBR tends to collaborate with versatile producers focusing more on the music itself than on any specific genre.
