How do I sell tickets on RA?

Go to My Tickets and select Event Management for the relevant event. You can then click on the Add Tickets tab.

You can submit new events here.




How do I manage my promoter account?


Click Promoters then select Manage Promoter. You can adjust promoter settings and add your account information here. To add account information, click on Account Information at the top of the page. You can manage many promoter accounts from the Promoters page.




How do RA's listings work?


The RA listings are a place where fans can browse and discover events happening in their city. The events are ranked by the number of people who are attending the event. If you sell tickets on RA, your event will get priority over non-ticketed events. When customers buy tickets to your event, they are marked as attending. The more people who buy tickets the higher up the listings your event will be displayed.




When will I receive payment?

If you have supplied your account information, RA will pay in less than five working days. If there are ticket holder complaints or major changes to the event, RA reserves the right to withhold payment until the issues are resolved.




Can I see how many tickets I've sold?

You can see real-time statistics on the Ticketing Management page. You can also see detailed reports about who attended your party and when they arrived.




How do I amend my allocation of tickets?

1. Go to My Events. Select Event Management on the relevant event.
2. Select Edit on the allocation you would like to change.
3. Enter the new allocation.
4. Click Update.




Can I stop ticket sales?

1. Go to My Events. Select Event Management on the relevant event.
2. Select Ticketing Management.
3. Select Stop Sales next to the ticket type that you would like to stop.




My event has been cancelled. What happens now?

Please stop sales and contact Promoter Support immediately. Promoter Support will instruct you how to notify your ticket holders and issue refunds.




Will RA write about my night?

The editorial team decide what events RA cover. You can get in touch with the editorial team here.




Can I use the RA and RA Tickets logo in my promotional materials?

If you sell tickets via RA you can use the RA Tickets logo. You can download the RA tickets logo here.

You must use promotional materials legally.

Should your event engage in fly posting, you are in direct breach of RA's ticketing contract. RA reserves the right to pass your details to local authorities who may seek to prosecute under the UK Town and Country Planning Act 1990.





Can I create discount codes?

There are several types of promo codes that can be created from the Promos section of the Ticketing Management page for each event.



Discount Codes

Discount codes allow money off ticket purchases. To create a discount code go to the promos section of the Ticketing Management page of the event.

Click on add promo and enter the code.
Enter the percentage discount in the Discount box - eg. entering 30 will apply a 30% discount.
Enter an allocation if you want there to be a limit of how many tickets can be sold at the discount price.
Click Add. This will generate a custom URL that you can send out.


Ticket Rep Links

You can create custom URLS for ticket reps so that you can track how well they are promoting your tickets.

Enter the name of your ticket rep in the code box and click add. This will generate a new URL that your rep can send out to their network.

If anyone uses that link to buy a ticket it will be tracked on the Ticketing Management page.


Hidden Links

You can create secret links to your events and to specific ticket tiers. Hidden links need to be created by our team, so please email your account manager or Promoter Support to request for the hidden links to be set up.




Can I set up Pre-sale registrations?

We can set up a custom pre-sale registration event page for in-demand events. These need to be created by our team so please email your account manager or Promoter Support to request for this.




How does RA Tickets Resale work?

RA's customer-to-customer resale system allows the secure sale of unwanted tickets to sold-out events. The service eliminates touting and is fairer for promoters and genuine music fans. It's also a great way for promoters to earn additional revenue.

Can I manage my guestlist on RA?

Do I have to wait for my tickets to be approved?

If you have sold 10 or more tickets on RA, you will automatically get auto-ticket submission status. This allows you to get your events and tickets live faster than ever before.
