  • The Netherlands have produced many of many great DJs and producers from the likes of Sander Kleinenberg to Armin Van Burren so it shouldn’t come to many surprises that someone new would eventually rise afterwards to continue the tradtion. The mysterious R.O.U.D.O.S gets the pleasure of being one of the first artist to release a single on the new Blue Dove Records with a summery guitar-laced shimmy shaker in Guitartronics. With a title track with the words ‘guitar’ in it, you know there would be one, but would it sound good? Would it sound cheesy? Or would it rip your stereo in half? Well, it’s somewhere in the middle – it has all the hallmarks of why guitar players wanted to do their solo piece while not overdoing it to a point where you feel sick afterwards. The cut is a gentle slice of the morning rising over while watching one of your favorite ‘80s romance movies. Good or bad, cheesy or cool, you end up smiling and thinking…”wow, that brings back some memories.
