- Since 2016, Tom McAlister has been making UK-informed club music as Cop Envy, landing on labels like Hypercolour and Templar Sound with a weighty and inventive style. He unveils his new beginning as Big Ever with an EP on Anthony Naples' Incienso label. There's not much difference between the aliases, mind. "Rolled Into," the first track on his Otto EP, is all rhythmic paranoia, mangled vocal samples, sliced-up breaks and razor-sharp sound design. Just as it's gathering momentum, "Rolled Into" twists itself into a tightly wrung ball and bursts into blinding new contortions.
