- The next release on the always brilliant Alternative Route comes from a brilliant producer himself, Osamu M, and he unleashes his latest artwork in Waterdrop.
The Original Mix is quite simply beautiful and deep as it gets. The track builds quite amazingly with some smooth crisp beats and a sea of smooth soothing sounds and effects. A quirky baseline ripple builds itself into the loop as do some nice swirling melodies that build to an epic breakdown that features some nice strong synth patterns and a majestic symphony of melody that is quite epic and stunning, as is the track on the whole.
The Mike Hiratzka Remix on the flip is a little chunkier and it flows quite nicely with some nice bouncy baselines and subtle melodic patterns. This remix also features quite a tasty baseline with the bouncy electro baseline as well as some stuttered melodic riffs. A great remix from Mike.
It is quite amazing how consistently good this label has been for the last 2 years, and they can add this release as another quite stellar effort.
