- Markese makes his impact in the 30th release of the Trapez Limited imprint with Billie Bambus.
The title track, Billie Bambus is quite a bouncy affair with some deep baselines driving the track alongside a some smooth stabbing pads and effects as well as a retro high pitched synth line. It’s quirky and extremely interesting and keeps changing shape throughout making this a great production.
Make Me Chemical is quite a heavy production, featuring a devastating kick drum and some gritty synth stabs. It’s a nice track that doesn’t have the diversity of the a-side, but it is still solid.
Not a bad release here, and it’s the title track on the a-side that should be looked at here.
